About Us
Tailored OT
Tailored OT was established in 2021 to provide skilful and quality Occupational Therapy services to adults in the their home and community. We are a small business based in Toowoomba, Queensland and service clients in the Darling Downs region. Our service is community- based, which means we travel to you, to complete assessments and therapy in your home. Sometimes, we will suggest a visit at a Supplier's showroom to trial items that are more easily accessed there.
Catherine McLay
Catherine graduated from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2011 and is a senior therapist. Since this time she has developed skills in paediatrics, physical rehab, assessing cognition, home modifications and assistive technology prescription while working in rural and regional settings across NSW and QLD. Her passion is prescribing practical solutions for people in their home, such as complex home modifications and assistive technology and she enjoys seeing how a person's daily life can be dramatically improved with these solutions.
Catherine has over 10 years experience with prescribing quality home modifications and assistive technology that are the right fit for the person.
